Intuitive Yoga Sessions

Veronica offers group and private intuitive yoga sessions to support students with finding ease on and off the mat. She works both functionally and intuitively to design sessions that are centered around students’ needs and goals. Veronica has experience working with all levels, ranging from beginners to advanced, as well as individuals with physical restrictions or limitations.

Sessions are 60 minutes and typically include meditation, breath work (pranayama), and asana (poses), interwoven with yoga philosophy. Throughout the practice, Veronica will assist you with connecting to your intuition and clearing energies.

Ideally, you’ll have access to a yoga mat, blocks, and a strap, but there are lots of ways we can improvise if you don’t! Sessions are held over Zoom. If you’re located in the Western North Carolina region, you’re welcome to inquire about in-person options.
