Finding Ease was created by Veronica Wells (she/her) to supporting people with finding ease in their mind, body, and spirit. Veronica has been teaching yoga, breathwork, and meditation practices for over 10 years. She is based in Northern California and is certified in Yin, Vinyasa, Bikram, Yoga Nidra, and breathing techniques. She brings a thoughtful and inclusive approach to her teaching, which is informed by her passion and desire to bring equity and justice to the yoga and wellness space.
